Dwelling Fire - Trenton Place, Elizabeth Township
Elizabeth Township Fire Department - Elizabeth, PA
Just before 8am, the box alarm was struck for a possible chimney fire on Trenton Place in the Buena Vista section of the township. The 1st alarm brought 145 (Buena Vista) and 140 (ETFD) to the scene. Police were the first to arrive and reported that the roof was starting to catch fire. Truck 4 was the first to arrive and had to back up the dead end street to have adequate placement to put the aerial device into operation. 145 Engine and Engine 7 were the next to arrive. 145 Engine proceeded into the scene while Engine 7 grabbed the plug and established a water supply for 145. Station 61 dispatched to a vehicle fire
Lanoka Harbor Volunteer Fire Company - Lanoka Harbor, NJ
At 3:49AM Station 61 & Squad 26 ( Lanoka Harbor EMS ) were dispatched to a residence on Hazelton Ave for a reported vehicle fire. The homeowner reported the fire after being alerted by neighbors that the vehicle was on fire. Rescue 6113 responded and extinguished the fire, Which was contained to the engine compartment and dashboard.

Co.39 Handles a Single Vehicle Accident
The Bowie Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, Inc. - Bowie, MD
On Saturday, November 22, 2014, at approximately 19:45, Engine Co 39 and Ambulance 839 were alerted to the area of Church Road and Old Annapolis Road for a report of an accident.  Units arrived on scene to find a single vehicle that had struck a pole.  Units administered care and  Ambulance 839 transported to a local medical facility.Report via Chief19 (J.Howard)

Squad 4 goes to Blasdell for a working fire
Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Company - Blasdell, NY
Chief 9, 9-1, and Squad 4- as well as the the November storm standby volunteers from the Clifton Springs and Willing fire departments, all responded late last night mutual aid to Blasdell for report of a structure fire with people possibly trapped. Marine 9 went on location reporting a working fire with people trapped on the 2nd floor. Blasdell 9 reported fire on the exterior of a 2 1/2 story 30×60 house with extension into the attic.Woodlawn 9 established command upon arrival, while Newton Abbott handled operations. Buffenmeyer Rd Brush Fire
Lloydsville Volunteer Fire Dept and Relief Assoc. - Latrobe, PA
Just before 1700 station 114 was activated for a brush fire on Buffenmeyer Road. Brush 114 arrived on scene, with a crew of 5, to find a burn pile that had spread about 1/2 acre into the woods. A line was pulled and firefighters attacked the fire. Control lines were also created so that the fire would not spread any further into the wood. Crews got the fire contained and put out with out any further spreading of the fire. Great jot to all involved: Brush 114, Tanker 114.

Emeritus Broken Sprinkler
Lloydsville Volunteer Fire Dept and Relief Assoc. - Latrobe, PA
Just after 10:30am crews were activated for an Automatic Fire Alarm at the Emeritus care home. Crews arrived on scene to find a broken sprinkler pipe in the ceiling that dumped water onto the floor and into residents rooms. Vehicle accident with entrapment
Upper Leacock Fire Company - Leola, PA
Units from Upper Leacock and Bareville Fire Company responded to a vehicle accident with entrapment early Friday morning. Volunteer crews found a three vehicle crash with one patient trapped. Rescue 61 and engine 31-1 crews worked together to remove the passenger side and passenger seat back to successfully extricate the victim. EMS crews from Leola Ambulance Association and LEMSA treated the patients, while the fire/rescue crews controlled hazards and removed debris from the roadway.

Door Pop for the Rescue
Pittston Township Volunteer Fire Department - Pittston Twp., PA
Crews just returned to station when the tones were activated for a MVA on the Pittston By-pass in the Twp. Rescue 1 was first arriving and advised of a passenger confined in the vehicle and is placing the tool in operation. The crew worked to get the vehicle stabilized The passenger door was popped and the passenger was removed within 5 minutes and transported to a local hospital. Engine 3 checked the other vehicle involved which only had minor damage. All units cleared after 30 minutes.

Boom Truck Causes Havoc on Armstrong Rd.
Pittston Township Volunteer Fire Department - Pittston Twp., PA
Rescue 1, Engine 3, the deputy chief, and assistant chief responded to Armstrong Rd. in the Twp. for a boom truck that took down multiple utilities poles with the occupants still in the vehicle. Deputy Chief was first arriving confirming multiple poles on the ground with primary wires still active. Crews were not able to remove the occupants from the vehicle until PPL could arrive to turn off the power. Once the power was confirmed off the occupants were removed with no reported injuries. Crews then cleared the roadway of debris before returning to service.

Tower and Squad On Working Fire in Frackville
Citizens Fire Company #2 - Mahanoy City, PA
At 06:47 hrs. Tower 456 was dispatched along with Dist 43, Altamont and Englewood Fire to the area of Lehigh and Frack sts. for a reported structure fire in Frackville Borough. Tower 456 was on the road immediately with a crew of 6 and was advised of a working fire. Upon arrival Tower 456 was advised to take the A/B corner and go to the roof. The Tower split its crews along with the Squad sending three to the roof to vent and the rest to ladder and search the building. Once all fire was knocked crews assisted with overhaul. Tower 456 & Squad 456 responded with 11 Volunteers.

Elevator Rescue at Sleep Inn..... AGAIN

Friday morning at 7:48am  Clintwood Fire responded to the Sleep Inn in Clintwood on a report of another person stuck in the elevator. Crews once again freed the person stuck inside within minutes using the irons off the Engine.

Hot Wires Down - Evelyn Road - Baldwin 105003
Baldwin Independent Fire Co. #1 - Station 105 - Pittsburgh, PA
Station 105 was dispatched for a tree that took down cable and power lines. 105 Chief arrived on scene to find a tree cutting service that cut a tree down that took down cable and power lines. Duquesne Light, Verizon, and Comcast were all notified. Duquesne Light arrived on scene restored power to the residence and released the fire department. Units: 105CHF 105AST 105EN1 105SQ1Time: 15:51:45

Truck 5 at work on the 403 box Thursday night.  108 Forge Ct. in Whitaker woods  N.E.Crew Daniels, Barrow, Patterson, Rhoades700 ft. 5 in. from Hydrant, Blitz fire to Charlie side, 1- 1 3/4 to Bravo exposure, 1 -1 3/4 to Delta exposure, Stick in the air for master stream defensive attack. MVA Blackmill & Snydertown
Upper Augusta Volunteer Fire Company - Sunbury, PA
This evening around supper time the company was sent to the intersection of Blackmill & Snydertown for an auto accident, shortly after dispatch Chief 7-2 arrived and advised of 2 vehicles with an occupant confined. The Squad and Rescue 735 arrived on the scene and made quick work of a door removal and removing the occupants. Units operated for a short time before going available.

Squad 36 Runs First Due Vehicle Fire
Whitehall Fire Department - Fullerton Station - Whitehall, PA
Around 1643 hrs Stations 36 and 37 were dispatched to the area of 5th and Pennsylvania for a reported vehicle fire, 1st fire officer responding was advised of multiple calls.  3503 arrives on location and confirms a vehicle well off, Squad 36 arrives on location with a limited crew and stretches the bumper line.  Engine 3712 arrives and backs up the 36 crew with making the attack.  Crews have the fire knocked down in short order and the fire investigation team is called for the investigation. Thanks to Newsworking for the Video....

34-11 Special Call To Sparrowbush Brush Fire
Westbrookville Volunteer Fire Company Inc. - Westbrookville, NY
At 14:17hrs Station 34 was dispatched for 34-11 to respond to a working brush fire in the Sparrowbush Fire District.. 34-11 was special called for the 4 wheel drive capability so we could access a step trail to fill units operating on the fire line. 34-11 staged as the backup water source at the command post until released by Sparrowbush command.34-1 and 34-11 responded. All units were back in service at 17:10hrs.
