1122 hrs. Station 45 and Medic 2100 dispatched for a medical emergency. QRS 45 responded and treated the patient until Medic 2101 arrived for transport.

First Due Accident with Entrapment: Anderson Highway
Huguenot Volunteer Fire Department Inc. - Powhatan, VA
Huguenot Volunteers were dispatched for a two vehicle accident with injuries and possible entrapment at the intersection of Dorset Rd and Anderson Highway (Rte 60) around 7:15PM.  When Rescue 2 arrived on scene they found one vehicle blocking the westbound lanes with one victim trapped and another vehicle blocking the eastbound lanes.  Rescue 2 commenced extrication shortly after arriving on scene and removed a door and the "B" post.  One patient was transported by Powhatan Volunteer Rescue Squad to a local emergency room.

MVC with Injuries and Pin In
Red Oak Community Rural Fire Department Inc. - Greenville, NC
On 11/25/2014 @ 1716 hours, Red Oak Station 51 was requested to respond to a MVC with injuries, and reported pin in, near the intersection of Dickinson Ave. and Brompton Ln.  5101(Wagon 1) and 5102(Engine 2) responded. The Town of Winterville FD were requested to respond their Heavy Rescue 1506 (Rescue 1) to assist. Upon arrival, units found a single passenger car that had driven under the trailer of an 18 wheeler cargo trailer with the driver of the car pinned in. House Fire on Robinson Rd. 11-25-2014

At 3:25 PM on Tuesday November 25th, 2014 Station 51  along with Station 50 and 55 were dispatched to a house fire on Robinson Rd. First arriving units arrived just minutes after dispatch to find a single story residential structure with heavy smoke showing.  Crews made an aggressive interior attack, they located the fire inside of the interior walls with extension into the attic. At 03:18 hrs, the Engine was dispatched to assist the Belleville Fire Co. with a wood pile fire.  Shortly after response, the Tanker was added to the box.  Upon arrival, the Engine crew assisted with extinguishment and overhaul.  Tanker 6 supplied 1 load of water to the scene.  Units operated on scene until 05:00 hrs.

Hwy 218 W. Flips One Again

About 8am Monday morning a rain slick Hwy 218 W. sends one into the guardrail then flipping it over. The single vehicle event reduced Hwy 218 to one lane for about 1 1/2 hours. No one was injured.

Accident with unknown injuries
Hanover Volunteer Fire Department - Burgettstown, PA
1620 hrs. Station 45, Medic 2100, and 4530 were dispatched for a 2 vehicle accident with a vehicle overturned. Engine 45-3 and Squad 45 responded. While enroute, 4530 requested a second EMS unit, and Weirton EMS was added to the response. Medic 2100 units transported one injury to a local hospital. Weirton Tower 79-2 had been on an incident close to the accident, and had self dispatched to assist.

0949 hrs. Station 45, Medic 2100, and PSP dispatched for a vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Brush 45 responded from the scene of the prior tree down. Engine 45-3 also joined the response. Brush 45 arrived to find a single vehicle accident with vehicle off the roadway. Medic 2100 on scene with no injuries. Engine 45-3 arrived and assisted Brush 45 with traffic and hazard control.

Dwelling Fire - Madison Drive, Forward Township
Elizabeth Township Fire Department - Elizabeth, PA
Just before 7:30pm, the box alarm was struck for Madison Drive in Forward Township for a report of a vacant house or trailer on fire. The first alarm companies included 155 (Forward Township VFD), 154 (Gallatin-Sunnyside VFD), 156 (Bunola VFD), 139 (Elizabeth Boro VFD), 140TK7 (ETFD), and Westmoreland Rescue 11 (Sutersville VFD) for the RIT. Police quickly reported an orange glow coming from the area, visible from their PD station. Police arrived onscene and reported a double wide trailer with flames through the roof. Units from 140 worked for a little over 2 hours before returning to service....

Tree Fire Endangering Structure

At 20:24 the Engine and Brush/Foam Truck were sent to assist station 114 (Lloydsville) with a tree fire endangering a house on Hemlock Drive in the Lawson Heights section of Unity Township. On arrival Chief 114 reported most of the fire had been extinguished in a pine tree and mulch adjacent to the house. A Crew from 114 was sent to the interior and attic to check for extension into the structure and hands from 39 overhauled the burned mulch and tree.

Brush Fire

At approximately 3 p.m. Co. 31, along with Unit 11, were dispatched on the box 3106 for a reported brush fire.  Initial caller only stated there was a brush fire in the woods near a corn field and a structure.  31-62, 31-60, 31-21 and 31-81 all responded under the command of 31 Chief.  Unit 11 arrived on scene first and stated it was about an acre on fire, but that it was in the woods and spreading quickly.  31-62 arrived on scene within minutes and went to work.  31 Chief then requested a brush truck and tanker from Co. 45 (Centerville), do to the wind conditions spre...

Hemlock Dr Brush Fire
Lloydsville Volunteer Fire Dept and Relief Assoc. - Latrobe, PA
Shortly before 8:30pm stations 114 and 39 were activated for trees on fire close to a residence. Upon arrival on the scene Chief 114 found a large arbita shrub that was on fire. The homeowner had put out the fire with a garden hose. Crews then soaked the tree, checked inside the house and gutters outside the house to make sure there was no extension. Crews found no extension and cleaned the area up. Crews were on scene for about 1 hour.
