Vehicle Fire
Lorraine Volunteer Fire Company Inc. - Lorraine, NY
Lorraine Fire was dispatched at 5:56 am for a pick up truck on fire at a residence on County Route 189 in Lorraine. Upon arrival found vehicle fire with exposures. Fire was contained to the vehicle. Lorraine Fire responded with Engine, Tanker, Rescue and 11 personnel.

Hanover Volunteer Fire Department - Burgettstown, PA
2012 hrs. Station 45, Medic 2100, and PSP dispatched for a medical emergency from an assault by vehicle. QRS 45 responded and assisted patient until Medic 2102 arrived to transport.

Garage Fire on Copper Hill Road
Farmville Fire Department Inc. - Farmville, VA
Company 1 was dispatched to Copper Hill Road in Rice to assist Company 7 with a garage fire. Chief 1 arrived on scene and found a large garage fully involved. Engine 7-2 and Engine 1-2 arrived on scene and knocked the fire down quickly. The scene was marked under control and all units went back in service.

Engine 1 and Tanker 1 responding to the intersection of Palmore Road in Lake Randolph Dr. for the report of a possible car fire , engine 1 arrived to find no fire and no smoke visible.

Car Fire on Tisco Ave
High Bridge Fire Department - High Bridge, NJ
On Sunday August 31 at 11:42 hours the department was alerted on Box 14-01 for a car fire at 22 Tisco Ave.  Engine 14 (Lt. S. Smith) responded. Engine 46 was requested for mutual aid to assist units on location.  The fire was brought under control and contained to the engine compartment.  During the call Ladder 14 with a crew of six assisted at the Hunterdon County Emergency Services Training Pump Operations course.

Motor Vehicle Accident
Glendale Hose Company #1 - Scott Twp, PA
Station 257 were dispatched for reported motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries. 257 rescue arrived on scene to find a minor vehicle accident. Crews remained on scene to clean up minor fluid and debris. All hazards removed units returned back in to service.

INCIDENT 29-14-128 COMMERCIAL FIRE ALARM ACTIVATION
Muse Fire Department - Muse, PA
At 2:03 pm, companies 29 and 10 with PD and Medics were dispatched to Crown Castle Communications, 2000 Corporate Drive, for a Commercial Fire alarm Activation. Activation indicated it was for a 3rd floor duct detector. Crews investigated and found no problems. Smoke detector probably set off by dust.

ENGINE AND RESCUE WITH A FULLY INVOLVED VEHICLE: PENNSYLVANIA AVE
Duquesne Annex VFC - West Mifflin, PA
At approximately 1728 hours, the Duquesne Annex 294 was alerted to a fully involved vehicle fire on Pennsylvania Ave in the first due.  294 Lieutenant 1 (Henze) was first to arrive on the scene and confirm a "good working vehicle fire."  The Engine (Griffin) and Rescue (Guthrie) went to the road within minutes.  294 Chief (Lear) had the "Pennsylvania Command."  The Engine deployed the 150' driver's side trashline and started to make an attack on the fire.  Lieutenant Henze utilized the "TNT Viper" hydraulic combi-tool and made forc...

Squad Runs Wreck in Loudoun County
Brunswick Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Company Inc. - Brunswick, MD
At approx. 0035Hrs on August 31st    Rescue Squad 19 & Medic 20 were alerted for a vehicle accident in area of Harpers Ferry Rd & Jefferson Pk in Loudoun County.  Rescue Squad 19(6V) & Medic 20 responded and while enroute command advised that the accident was on Harpers Ferry Rd and that patient would need to be hoisted up the embankment approximately 40ft.  Crews went to work stabilizing the vehicle and establishing a hoist system.  Patient was loaded into stokes basket and hoisted up the embankment, loaded into Loudoun Co. ambulance and tra...

High Bridge Fire Department - High Bridge, NJ
On August 29 at 12:06 hrs the department was requested for Engine 14 to respond to 14 North Ryland Road in Readington Township to assist with a structure fire.  Deputy 14 (J. Smith) respond with a crew of six while on scene the crew supplemented the FAST team already on location.  All units were clear by 13:40 hours.

ENGINE 294 ON THE MULTI-ALARM HOMEVILLE HOUSE FIRE: 1032 MCCLURE AVE
Duquesne Annex VFC - West Mifflin, PA
At approximately 0809 hours, the 294 was alerted to the house on fire at 1032 McClure Avenue in the Homeville section of West Mifflin (District 293).  West Mifflin PD units arriving on the scene first reported heavy smoke and fire coming from the roof of the structure.  293 Deputy (Knapp) arrived on-scene and assumed the "McClure Ave Command."  Engine 294 (Griffin) went enroute within minutes with 5 Volunteers.  Quint 293 arrived first due and took up "Side A".  Engine 294 secured the hydrant and water supply and laid into the Quint.  ...

110. RIT to 2nd Alarm Dwelling
Alburtis Fire Dept. - Alburtis, PA
Station 1 RIT was dispatched with Station 31 on a 2nd Alarm Dwelling Fire.  RE141 responed with a crew of 3 and requested the next due RIT bringing Station 11.  RE141 arrived on scene and was advised by command that the fire was knocked down and a full RIT set up was not required.  Station 11 RIT was canceled at this time.  The crew stood by without incident until being released by command.

Afternoon Porch Fire
Conshohocken Fire Company No. 2 - Conshohocken, PA
A little after 2:30pm, the Conshohocken Fire Department was dispatched to a possible porch fire on the 100 block of West 9th Ave. Smoke could be seen from Station 35, and police went on scene with heavy fire in rear of a residence. Upon arrival Engine 35-1 went into service with an 1 3/4" hoseline to the rear and then stretched a second hoseline to the second floor of the dwelling.  The fire was placed under control within 20 minutes.  Along with 35 and 36, Ladder and Air 24, Quint 39 and Engine 56 were dispatched to assist.  Great job to all.

Early morning work for volunteers
Upper Leacock Fire Company - Leola, PA
Volunteers went to work early this morning responding to a reported trailer fire. Arriving units found a well involved trailer containing a large load of wood shavings against a building, which resulted in the assignment being upgraded to a possible building fire. Initial crews knocked the bulk of the fire and confirmed no extension into the building. Crews remained on scene for quite some time due to an extensive overhaul process before returning to quarters.
